July 31, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Russia is planning full-fledged launch of the digital currency in a year.

ABC.AZ informs that the pilot project has been implemented since August 2023, with about 600 individuals from among the employees of 12 banks taking part in it. The head of the Central Bank is confident that in 5-7 years the digital ruble will become the norm.
