July 30, Fineko/abc.az. The exchange rate of bitcoin (BTC) on the Binance cryptocurrency exchange reached $66,600. Over the past 24 hours, the first cryptocurrency has lost about 4%, or more than $3,000.

ABC.AZ reports that the bitcoin exchange rate has recently begun to rise amid Donald Trump's statements about the need to create a strategic reserve from confiscated cryptocurrencies, Bloomberg reports. On July 29, at about 17:00 Baku time, the BTC price reached the $70,000 mark for the first time since the beginning of July.

Other cryptocurrencies have also fallen in price following bitcoin. Ethereum has fallen by about 1.7% in the last 24 hours. On July 26, at 11:00 on Baku time, on the Binance cryptocurrency exchange, the ratio of Ethereum to USDT amounted to $3,310 with capitalization of $397 billion.
