July 30, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), with the participation of the State Oil Fund, held a currency auction.

According to the CBA, at the foreign exchange auction on July 30, the demand of banks amounted to $78.6 million and was fully secured. This is $23.4 million (42.4%) more than at the last auction.

At a foreign exchange auction on July 25, the CBA sold $55.2 million to banks.

According to the results of the currency auction, the weighted average exchange rate of the manat was formed at the level of 1.7000 AZN/USD.
