July 26, Fineko/abc.az. AFB Bank's loan portfolio for the 2nd quarter of 2024 has been announced.

ABC.AZ informs that bank's loan portfolio for Q2 of 2024 totaled 170.424 million manats. Considering that during the same term of 2023, the bank gave loans to customers for 170.767 million manats, we see a decrease of 343,000 manats.

If to look at the structure of the loan portfolio, it is seen that the past period of this year the consumer loans lowered by 2.846 million manats to 19.192 million manats, business loans by 7.438 million manats to 84.926 million manats, and real estate loans increased by 9.939 million manats up to 66.304 million manats.

Thus, consumer loans account for more than 49% of AFB Bank's loan portfolio.

AFB Bank began its activity on February 16, 2009. Its authorized capital is 70.393 million manats. 99.64% of bank's shares belong to Hikmet Ismayilov, 0.18% to Jamil Muradov, 0.18% to Akber Abdullayev.
