July 23, Fineko/abc.az. On August 2, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., an auction will be held at the Baku Auction Center.

ABC.AZ informs that real estate held on the balance sheet of Texnikabank OJSC, which is being liquidated by the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund, will be put up for auction.

The property consists of a non-residential plot #1 with an area of 111.5 m2, located at 12A Babek Ave., block B, 6th floor, Khatayi district, Baku.

The initial selling price of the property is 245,000 manats.

5% of the sale price is payable to the auction organization in the form of a deposit. The purchase price must be paid at the customer's expense within 7 calendar days.

Required documents for participation in an open auction: an identity card of an individual, constituent documents of a legal entity.
