In June 2024, Azerbaijani citizens bought 51 real estate objects in Türkiye (8 less than in May 2023).

This June, 79,313 apartments were purchased in Türkiye (5.2% less against June 2023).

According to the report, 545,074 apartments were purchased in Türkiye for Jan-Jun 2024 (3.7% less versus the 2023 same term).

In June 2024, 1,440 apartments were purchased by foreign citizens in Türkiye (45.1% less than in June 2023).

Over Jan-Jun 2024, foreign citizens bought 10,461 apartments in Türkiye (45.7% less against Jan-Jun 2023).
