July 17, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has approved the amendments to the Law on the Audit Service.
ABC.AZ reports that in accordance with the Law on the Audit Service (information of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 1995, #7, Article 114; Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Volume I); 2024, #2, Article 138) in Paragraph 7 of Part 1 of Article 13, the words "required circumstances" were replaced by the words "required by tax authorities in cases established by law in order to fulfill requests (appeals) received from authorized bodies of foreign countries within the international treaties to which the Republic of Azerbaijan is a supporter, and also."
