ABC.AZ informs that the statement was made at the event by Aydin Talibov, the founder and CEO of one of the country's leading holdings.
"Logistics cannot be improved taking into account current loan rates. In many countries, companies like ours purchase logistics services. But we cannot do this, we provide this service ourselves, as a result our work becomes more complicated. Currently, 50% of the activity is occupied by logistics. If you are not well versed in it, the costs increase and have serious impact on profitability. The role of logistics in development of our country is huge, but we have a long way to go to develop it. The development of this area requires serious financing. There should be serious investments in this sector," he said.
