Data unveiled on number of branches of the country's banks for past month

July 8, Fineko/abc.az. As of June 1, 2024, there were 483 branches, 97 sub-branches and 3,061 ATM machines in 23 banks.

ABC.AZ reports, citing CBS, that this is respectively 3 units more, 6 units and 41 units less than on May 1, 2024.

According to the report, the number of employees in the banking sector increased by 0.3% or 78 people over the month, amounting to 24,188 people. At the beginning of May, the number of employees of the bank was 24,110 people.
