July 5, Fineko/abc.az. Merit Brand LLC (INN: 5000200281) has announced the reorganization as a result of the accession of Caspian Coast Winery & Vineyards-2 LLC (INN: 7100647871).

ABC.AZ reports that in connection with the accession, all rights and obligations of the Caspian Coast Winery & Vineyards-2 are transferred to Merit Brand LLC.

In addition, company’s activity is terminated.

Merit Brand plant was established in 2007 on the territory of Shabran settlement of Azerbaijan.

The company is engaged in the production of vodka and wine.
