July 2, Fineko/abc.az. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has approved the Law on the Execution of the State Budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2023.

ABC.AZ informs that in 2023, budget revenues amounted to 35.57 billion manats (a rise of 16% versus 2022) and the revenue plan was met by 105%, budget expenditures reached 36.458 billion manats (a rise of 13.7%) and the expenditure plan was fulfilled by 99.5%.

The budget deficit amounted to 883.7 million manats, or 0.7% of GDP.

In this regard, the head of state signed a decree on the implementation of the relevant law.
