June 27, Fineko/abc.az. As of June 1, 2024, the interest income of Azerbaijani banks on loans amounted to 1.245 bn manats.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to Central Bank's report that this figure is 224 million manats, or 22% more versus the same term of 2023 – 1.2 bn manats.

In monthly comparison, the amount that banks earn on loans grew by 281 million (29.1%).

As of May 1, 2024, this figure was 964 million manats.
