ABC.AZ reports that the meeting will be held at the bank's office (3rd floor, meeting room), located at the address: Baku city, Badamdar settlement, Mikayil Mushfig Street, 2E.

The agenda of the shareholders’ extraordinary general meeting includes the following issues: payment of dividends to shareholders of Kapital Bank, based on the results of financial year 2023; conclusion of an employment contract with Kapital Bank Supervisory Board’s chairman Rovshan Allakhverdiyev and its member Farid Mammadov.
