June 6, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a document on draft amendments to certain laws in connection with implementation of the Law from December 5, 2023 #1035-VIQD "On Amendments to the Law on Non-Cash Payments".

ABC.AZ reports that according to the law, in Part 3 of Article 9 of the Law on Public Health Protection (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 1997, #6, Article 497 (Volume I), after word "within", add the words "(by receipt of the cash register)”.

In Part 4 of Article 13 of the Law on Private Medical Activity (Collection of Legislation of Azerbaijan, 2000, #3 (Book I), Article 129 (Volume I), after word "within", add the words "(by receipt of the cash register)".
