May 15, Fineko/abc.az. More than 20 payment and electronic money organizations have applied for a license to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) to date.

ABC.AZ reports that CBA first deputy chairman Rashad Orujov said about this at the FinTech Summit held in Baku.

He added that the CBA considers relevant applications and provides necessary legal support within the framework of active communication with organizations.

Orujov noted that it is planned to start issuing licenses to organizations that meet all legislative requirements by the end of this month.
