May 10, Fineko/abc.az. FINCA Azerbaijan BOKT, a subsidiary of the US microfinance financial institution in Azerbaijan, also announced payment of dividends to its shareholder in 2023.

ABC.AZ reports that in 2023, the NBCO paid dividends to its founder in the amount of 2.287 million manats from retained earnings.

The NBCO has been paying dividends since 2020. In total, payments in the amount of 11.28 million manats have been made over the past 4 years.

In 2023, FINCA Azerbaijan made net profit of 3.908 million manats.

The parent company of FINCA Azerbaijan BAKU is located in the USA and owns a 100% stake in the NBCO in Azerbaijan. FINCA Azerbaijan has authorized capital of 3.756 million manats.

Retained earnings as of January 1, 2024 amount to 14.1 million manats.
