April 26, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has announced the average interest rates on consumer loans in the country on April 1, 2024.

ABC.AZ reports that as of April 1, 2024, the average interest rate of consumer loans in national currency was 23% on loans given with a credit card, 25% on loans relating to purchase of household appliances, 16% on loans relating to the repair of residential space, 11% on car loans and 18% on other consumer loans.

Compared with Jan-Mar 2023, average interest rate of consumer loans in national currency - loans given with a credit card decreased by 3 p.p., loans related to the repair of residential premises by 7 p.p., car loans by 3 p.p. and other consumer loans by 1 p.p., and loans related to the purchase of household appliances increased by 2 p.p.
