April 23, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan's economy is self-sufficient and shows steady growth even in times of crisis.

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev stated about this on April 23 during speech at international forum "SOR29 and a Green Vision for Azerbaijan" organized at ADA University.

"We have a very low level of external debt - less than 8% of Azerbaijan's GDP," the head of state stressed.
