April 5, Fineko/abc.az. The share of the US dollar in payments via SWIFT fell in February to the lowest level since July 2023, making up 46.56%.

ABC.AZ reports, citing data from the interbank system, the dollar's share decreased by 0.08 p.p. over the month, but the dollar still remained the most popular currency in the world.

Meanwhile, the share of the euro in settlements declind in February by 0.23 p.p., to 23.25%, while the Chinese yuan lost 0.51 p.p., and its share made up 4%, which is the lowest in the last four months.
