March 29, Fineko/abc.az. In Azerbaijan, the number of payment cards in circulation increased by 102,000 cards at the end of February compared with the previous month and reached 17.343 million cards.
ABC.AZ reports with reference to the CBA that this indicator grew by 23.7% in annual comparison.
The number of salary cards increased by 24.3% and credit cards by 20.2%.
Compared with the same term of 2023, the number of salary cards grew by 150,000, credit cards – by 381,000 cards, and other debit cards – by 2.9 million cards.
