March 28, Fineko/abc.az. Last month, the housing market saw an increase in prices, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Center for Economic & Social Development (CESD).

In February there was an increase in demand for private courtyard houses. Private houses and land plots increased in price by 1.8% against the previous month. The demand for residential and non-residential premises remains stable.

The monthly growth on prices for apartments in residential buildings was observed by 0.4%. In non-residential premises, the monthly price increase was 0.9%. Prices on the rental market remained unchanged.

The consumer price index in February 2024 made up 100.6% compared with the previous month, and for Jan-Feb 2024 - 101.3% versus the same term of 2023.
