March 14, Fineko/abc.az. The e-money online payment system together with Visa will create a new platform, ABC.AZ reports, citing Samir Nasibov, executive director of e-money system.

He noted that negotiations were held with payment technology company Visa on the occasion:

"Today we held talks with Visa employees. We’ll probably create an online platform together. The platform will be ready at the end of this year or early next year. After Visa, we need to talk with reps of the Central Bank on this issue, get a license, and then we’ll start working with the institution," Nasibov said.
