March 12, Fineko/abc.az. On March 7-8, 2024, chairman of the Supervisory Board of the National Depository Center (NDC) Elchin Alizadeh, chairman of board Agagusein Khudaverdiev, director of the Department of Financial Services & Settlements Asli Dilbazi, a delegation of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) made a working trip to Istanbul.

ABC.AZ reports that during the visit, on March 7, 2024, a meeting was held with representatives of the Turkish Stock Exchange Borsa Istanbul.

During the meeting, employees of the Turkish Stock Exchange shared their experience in such areas as international relations, strategic planning, human resource management, business development, listing, information technology, membership relations, audit and control.

On March 8, 2024, meetings were held with the Central Securities Depository of Türkiye (CDT) and the Takasbank clearing organization.

International relations and related transactions, deposit account procedures, compliance issues, depository receipts and prospects for further development of cooperation between organizations were discussed with the CDT delegation.

The Takasbank delegation informed the participants of the meeting about cash accounts, clearing, settlements and the function of the central counterparty.

During the meetings, answers were given to the questions of the delegations of the NDC and the BSE, as well as an exchange of views on the topics discussed.
