February 29, Fineko/abc.az. Goldenpay OJSC, or GoldenPay, the owner of payment system Hesab.az in Azerbaijan, has announced the holding of a shareholders' meeting on March 29.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting of the shareholders’ extraordinary general meeting will be held in the meeting room of the company's head office.

The agenda of the meeting will include discussion of such issues as increasing the authorized capital, changing the charter, etc.
