February 8, Fineko/abc.az. Starting from this month, interest subsidies will be rendered on a number of loans taken out by entrepreneurs. This will also apply to loans given to entrepreneurs working in the territories liberated from occupation, as well as to projects relating to organization of COB29, ABC.AZ reports, quoting MP Vugar Bayramov.

He noted that a mechanism of large-scale subsidies is provided for entrepreneurs taking out loans operating in the occupation-liberated territories.

"This mechanism will allow subsidizing each loan by about 10 percentage points. And this, according to preliminary estimates, will cover about 90% of the loan portfolio in this area as a whole. This will allow them to take advantage of the subsidy. At that, the subsidy mechanism will also apply to loans given in connection with COB29 organization. You know that there is a presidential decree in this regard. In almost many areas, support for entrepreneurs and payment of part of the interest on loans by the state is provided. This will allow interests on loans attracted by entrepreneurs to be less than real interests. This will minimize costs for entrepreneurs and get loans at low interest rates," the MP said.
