January 25, Fineko/abc.az. In 2023, the portfolio of business loans of Azerbaijani banks amounted to 12.67 bn manats.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the indicators of banks’ quarterly reports. Thus, the International Bank of Azerbaijan, as well as in terms of business loans, has taken the leading position in the growth dynamics of business loans. The Bank gave business loans for 2.504 bn mantas (43.7% more than a year earlier – 761.138 million manats).

Kapital Bank took the 3rd place both in terms of volume of business loans and in terms of growth dynamics of this type of loans. The Bank gave business loans for 1.349 bn manats (36%, or 357.634 million manats more than a year earlier).

On the contrary, there was decrease in the portfolio of Premium Bank and Bank Avrasiya.

Thus, the volume of Premium Bank’s business loans dropped by 13% (57.46 million manats) to 385.638 million manats, and Bank Avrasiya's business loan portfolio by 8.4% (or 6.76 million manats) to 66.214 million manats.
