January 25, Fineko/abc.az. In Azerbaijan, the bank has given a large-scale consumer loan to a citizen with insufficient official income.

ABC.AZ reports that legal expert Akram Hasanov wrote about his on his Facebook account.

The expert noted that Premium Bank gave a loan for 2 years in the amount of 2.5 million manats to a citizen who does not have official income or has income of up to 1,000 manats. During this period, the citizen had to pay interest monthly. He called it a violation of the law.
