Rate of transactions with Azerbaijani cards in Türkiye published

January 25, Fineko/abc.az. The volume of transactions with Azerbaijani cards in Türkiye reaches about $2 bn a year.

ABC.AZ reports that Ramil Mahmudov, the head of the CBA Department of National Payment System Policy, said about this during speech at an event in Baku.

He noted that Azerbaijani cards are actively used to make purchases on electronic trading platforms in Türkiye.

Mahmudov added that the Central Bank regularly receives requests from entrepreneurs about problems related to the sale of goods through platforms such as Amazon and eBay, mainly with payments.
