January 24, Fineko/abc.az. On January 18, 2024, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the shares of Konstromat OJSC with total value of 196,000 manats were included in the conditional listing in the BSE standard market segment.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the BSE that on January 26, 2024, the placement of Konstromat’s shares for 196,000 manats by subscription will take place.

In case of placement of shares by subscription, the shares will be excluded from the conditional listing and transferred to the standard market segment.

The underwriter for the placement is investment company Invest-AZ CJSC.

In case of successful completion of the placement, the authorized capital of Konstromat will increase from 4,000 up to 200,000 manats.

Konstromat is a distributor of the Norm cement plant.
