January 24, Fineko/abc.az. The management of Premium Bank has been replaced, which has recently seen a decline in some indicators.

ABC.AZ reports that Mahir Najafov, the chairman of the bank's board, has been dismissed. Kamil Latifov has been appointed as the new head.

Later it turned out that the former head also stayed to work at the bank. Thus, Mahir Najafov has not left the bank and will work as a member of the board - deputy chairman (chief financial administrator).

The reason for the personnel changes at Premium Bank, which has appeared in scandals in recent years, has not been disclosed.

Back in 2022, Premium Bank's assets at the end of the year decreased by 9% (or by 68 million mantas) to 692.2 million manats.
