January 23, Fineko/abc.az. As of December 31, 2023, the number of ATMs installed by banks in Azerbaijan is 3,112 (1.4% more than at the end of 2022).

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the CBA that 1,621 ATMs were installed in Baku at the end of December 2023, and 1,491 in the regions.

The number of POS-terminals installed at trade and service facilities in Azerbaijan reached 86,383 terminals (8.2% more than at the end of 2022).

At that, 57,054 POS-terminals were installed in Baku, and 29,329 one in the regions.

83,584 or 96.8% of all POS-terminals were installed in retail facilities for the reported term.

According to the CBA, the number of POS-terminals accepting contactless payments at the end of December reached 82,992.
