January 23, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has published data on the revenues of Azerbaijani banks from loans for 2023.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the CBA that last year banks' interest income on loans amounted to 2.57 bn mantas (17.3% more against 2022 - 2.19 bn manats).

In 2023, interest expenses totaled 839.4 million mantas (in 2022 - 657.8 million mantas). Most of the interest expenses were interest expenses on deposits.
