January 23, Fineko/abc.az. In 2023, 5.6 billion manats ($3.3 billion) were allocated from the State Budget for the reconstruction and restoration of the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, ABC.AZ reports, citing the Ministry of Finance.

According to the MoF, 4.8 billion manats ($2.8 billion), or 85.9%, of those funds were allocated from the targeted expenses intended for Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur, 145.4 million manats ($85.5 million), or 2.6% from the President's reserve fund, 145.3 million manats ($85.5 million), or 2.6%, from the reserve fund of the state budget, 32.5 million manats ($19.1 million), or 0.6%, from the state capital investment (investment costs), and 464.8 million manats ($273.4 million), or 8.3%, from the funds earmarked from other sources in the state budget.
