January 16, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has approved the List of food products to replace imported goods with locally produced goods.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decision.

Under the decision, the list includes table olives, as well as crackers and biscuits; canned fresh cakes and sweets, pasta, noodles, couscous and similar flour products, as well as cocoa, chocolate and sweet confectionery.

The list applies to taxpayers engaged in the production (processing) of food products by carrying out production (processing) operations on these raw materials using raw materials of food products. In addition, packing, packaging or labeling of raw materials or finished products without carrying out any production (processing) operations is not considered to be the production (processing) of food products for tax purposes.
