January 15, Fineko/abc.az. In 2023, the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan attracted AZN 3.734 bn through the placement of government bonds.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Baku Stock Exchange that finances raised through the placement of government bonds increased by AZN 1.328 bn or 55.2% in 2023 compared with 2022.

In 2022, the MoF attracted AZN 2.406 billion through the placement of government bonds.

The volume of repo transactions with government bonds in 2023 amounted to AZN 13.947 billion (growth of AZN 10.406 billion, or almost 4-fold).
