December 29, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has approved the Procedure for determining compliance with the requirements for technological equipment & software that should be used by state bodies (institutions) and local governments.

ABC.AZ reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a relevant decision.

Under the decision, a certificate of compliance of technological equipment and software that should be used by state bodies (institutions) and local governments with technical requirements will be issued after approval by the State Service for Special Communications & Information Security on information security.

In addition, the certificate will be refused in case of negative feedback from the State Service.
