November 29, Fineko/abc.az. Officials of some non-bank credit organizations have been brought to administrative responsibility, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

As part of the ongoing control processes carried out by the CBA, in connection with violation of the requirements of Article 22.1 of the Law on Non-Bank Credit Organizations, Paragraph 3.3 "Procedure for providing information about borrowers of credit organizations to the centralized credit register", in accord with Article 440.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses:

- Official of NBCO Azkredit OJSC was fined 1,500 manats;

- Official of NBCO ASEL Kredit LLC - 3,000 manats;

- Official of NBCO FINOKO - 4,500 manats;

- Official of NBCO TBC Credit LLC – 6,000 manats;

- Official of NBCO PSG Finans LLC - 6,000 manats.

These violations did not affect the financial stability of the relevant organizations.
