November 21, Fineko/abc.az. The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on investments in the construction of a five-star hotel on the shore of Lake Issyk-Kul has been approved.

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed a relevant decree.

The agreement was signed on October 12, 2023 in Bishkek.

Earlier it was reported that the Cabinet Ministers of Kyrgyzstan transferred 17.24 hectares of land in village Kara-Oi to Azerbaijan for construction of a five-star hotel on the shore of Lake Issyk-Kul. After 49 years, Azerbaijan has the right to extend the agreement. The construction period of the hotel is 3 years.
