November 17, Fineko/abc.az. A new non-bank credit institution, MGN Capital Ltd, has been established in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the company is registered by the Main Department for Work with Small Businesses of the Baku State Tax Service.

MGN Capital is registered in Baku at address: Narimanov district, Yusif Vezir Chemenzeminli Str, 119C, Afen Plaza, Floor 4, Office 9.

Its authorized capital is 300,000 manats in accordance with the Central Bank’s minimum requirement to the NBCO.

The director of NBCO is Rashad Kerimov.
