November 3, Fineko/abc.az. Technological enterprises, mobile operators and other companies operating in Azerbaijan can render any financial services or products, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Gunay Mahmudova, senior legal adviser of the Financial Market Legal Support Department of the CBA Legal Department.

According to Mahmudova, these companies can conduct tests in the ‘sandbox’ mode for provision of financial services: "Organizations that are not subjects of control, but are interested in providing financial services, can contact the Central Bank about testing the sandbox. Infrastructure is already being built in this direction, at the same time development of rules continues. It is expected that new projects will be implemented in a test mode after creation of appropriate infrastructure."
