November 1, Fineko/abc.az. By the decision of the Administrative Board of the Baku Court of Appeal #2-3(103)-54/2023 dated October 24, 2023, Muğan Bank OJSC was declared bankrupt and the Deposit Insurance Fund was appointed the liquidator of the bank.

ABC.AZ reports that compensation payments will be carried out from November 27, 2023.

In accordance with Article 28.3 of the Law on Deposit Insurance, the Deposit Insurance Fund accepts depositors' applications within one year, starting from the date of the first publication of the notification of compensation payment. Additional information will be provided about the place of receipt of documents for payment of compensation.
