November 1, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan forecasts annual inflation in the country at 4.3% this year, 5.3% next year, and 3.4% in 2025, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the CBA.

"In several forecast updates this year, inflation forecasts for 2024 and 2025 were in the target range," the CBA said in a statement.

The regulator believes that strengthening of downward factors under conditions of inflation, stabilization of inflation expectations give reason to predict formation of annual inflation within the target for the end of this year and next year.

According to forecasts for October, inflation will be in the target range in the medium-term prospect. CBA further decisions on monetary policy will be made with taking into account the comparison of projected inflation with the target and updated macroeconomic forecasts.
