October 31, Fineko/abc.az. The value of joint exports of agricultural and agro-industrial products increased by 8.4% up to $641.2 million for Jan-Sept 2023.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the October issue of the Export Review prepared by the Center for Analysis & Communication of Economic Reforms.

The value of products of the agro-industrial complex, which occupies significant place in the structure of oil exports, increased by 22.4% versus Jan-Sept 2022 up to $145.9 million.

According to the Center, in the structure of exports, the main volume accounted for electricity - $330.4 million, tomatoes - $124.2 million, gold - $101.8 million, polypropylene of primary form - $89.8 million, raw cotton - $88.5 million, hazelnuts - $78.6 million, polypropylene of primary form with specific weight of 0.94% - $72 million, polypropylene of primary form, copolymers - $70.6 million.
