October 27, Fineko/abc.az. An increase in the volume of debit card transactions has been recorded in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the Central Bank, as of October 1, 2023, the volume of these operations amounted to AZN 7.255 million.

This means a rise of AZN 2.46 million (51.3%) year-on-year and a decrease of AZN 260 million (3.5%) month-on-month.

Thus, as of October 1, 2022, the number of operations of this type reached 4.794 million operations, and as of September 1, 2023 — AZN 7.515 million.
