October 23, Fineko/abc.az. Within the Great Return Program, appropriate measures have been developed in the occupation-liberated territories of Azerbaijan so that people living there can use mortgage loans in the future.

ABC.AZ reports that the director general of the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund, Ilham Keleshov, said this on the air of broadcast ‘Economic Zone’ on TV channel ATV.

"In addition, in order to expand population's access to mortgage lending, appropriate measures have been developed to ensure access to mortgage loans for stable taxpayers (cooks, hairdressers, nannies and others)," he said.

He added that proposals for application of these innovations were submitted in the legislative order.

"After passing the approval procedure in the appropriate order, it is possible to introduce these innovations in the near future," Keleshov said.
