October 16, Fineko/abc.az. Member of the Board of Directors of Xalq Sığorta Raman Kurbanau has left the company, ABC.AZ was informed at the insurance company. 

No appointment on this position  has been announced. Currently, the Bank’s Board of Directors is represented by two members (chairman Asim Mammadli and independent member Ruslan Seidov).

Raman Kurbanau was elected a member of the Board of Directors of Xalq Sığorta in June 2023. Prior to that, he held the position of chairman of the board of the insurance company.

Xalq Sığorta was established in 2004. Its authorized capital is AZN 58.75 million. 50% of insurer’s shares belong to Ideal Business Co. LLC, and 50% to Euro Standard LLC (33.85% of shares of Xalq Bank OJSC, 37.5% of shares of Bank Avrasiya OJSC).
