List of products with changed prices for past 9 months

October 11, Fineko/abc.az. The consumer price index in Azerbaijan for Jan-Sept 2023 made up 110.9% versus Jan-Sept, including 112.4% for foods, beverages and tobacco products, 110.1% for non-foods, 109.6% for paid services rendered to the population.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that in September the CPI was 100.3% against August and 105.1% versus Jan-Sept 2022.

Last month’s CPI for foods, beverages and tobacco products made up 100.6% compared with the previous month and 104.5% against Jan-Sept 2022.

Price growth was observed on beef and lamb, fresh fish, eggs, bananas, plums, peaches, tomatoes, cucumbers, string beans, peppers, eggplants, carrots, beets, potatoes, garlic, tobacco products.

There were no significant changes in prices for other foods.

The price decline was mainly recorded on buckwheat, flour, pasta, chicken, yogurt, butter and vegetable oils, apples, cabbage, pumpkin, onions, granulated sugar, sweets, tea, lemonade, vodka.

No significant price change was registered on other food products.
