October 10, Fineko/abc.az. According to the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange, on October 10, 2023, the bonds of NBCO Credagro LLC with ISIN number AZ2005009165 with total value of 500,000 manats and the bonds with ISIN number AZ2004009166 with total value of 500,000 manats were placed in standard segment of the stock market.

ABC.AZ was informed at the BSE thta the number of interest-bearing, unsecured, undocumented registered bonds is 10,000, nominal value of each - 100 manats, annual interest rate - 14%, circulation period - 24 months, coupon interest payment period - once a quarter.

On October 12, 2023, the placement of Credagro’s bonds will be carried out on the BSE by the auction method of one price.
