October 6, Fineko/abc.az. In Azerbaijan, banks can write off accounts payable and close relatives of servicemen who died during anti-terrorist activities, ABC.AZ reports, citing Association of Banks of Azerbaijan’s chairman Zakir Nuriyev.

He said that the loan debt of relatives of those killed in the 44-day Patriotic War was repaid through joint cooperation with YAŞAT Foundation.

"We will propose that the accounts payable of close relatives of servicemen who died during local anti–terrorist activities be written off," he said.
