October 4, Fineko/abc.az. In the first 6 months of 2023, the non-functional portfolio decreased by 0.7% to AZN 700 million. The share of the non-performing portfolio in the total portfolio decline d by 0.4 p.p to 3.4%. Currently, the indicator of unsecured loan ratio is at a historic low, ABC.AZ informs with reference to CBA’s Financial Stability Report.

The reduction of the ULR portfolio was supported by improvement of the risk management system in banks, withdrawal of a bank that has lost its solvency from the system, as well as the write-off of problem loans from the balance sheet. In six months, there was a write-off in the amount of AZN 43 million.
